Q: What equipment do I need on my side to access Collab Training (CT) lab systems?
A: For our Dedicated Lab Experience (DLE) and our VPN Interconnect (VPNi) customers, please review those specific pages for this detail. For all customers accessing our systems outside of those offerings, you may connect to us using any brand of desktop computer or laptop Operating System (OS). You will need an application on your system that can operate the Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), which is necessary for accessing our Remote Equipment Silo (RES) Microsoft Windows “Jumpbox” PCs. Additional configuration details can be reviewed on the Remote Equipment Silo page.
